I am writing to share my experience with Dr. Christopher Caruso, MD. I have suffered from upper back pain and neck pain for more than ten years. I have seen many doctors and had Physical Therapy, and nothing helped. This chronic pain made my life miserable. I had to miss out on activities that I love, including horseback riding and walking my large dogs. Never have I met a surgeon as excellent as Dr. Caruso, he is a Godsend to me. In a fast-paced world with high patient demands, Dr. Caruso always takes his time to listen to my concerns, is calm and caring, and takes into consideration and addresses all of my concerns, no matter how big or small. He is brilliant, and I trust my health to him. I was terrified of having spine surgery. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, provided realistic, medically sound reassurance, and supported me through the surgical and post-op recovery process. He addressed my concerns about pain and never made me feel like my concerns were not valid. He responded promptly to any issues I had. He also treated my son for a sports-related injury, and we had another fantastic experience with his kindness, guidance, concern, and thorough follow-through. I can not say in an email how much I appreciate all Dr. Caurso has done for me and my son. He is the best surgeon I have encountered and his medical team is also amazing. His staff answer calls quickly and kindly. I am glad I found him and his team. I will soon return to my love of horseback riding and working my farm. It is a miracle and I am so happy to return to the things I love.

Dr. Richard Chang is one of the most professional and patient orthopedic doctors that I have ever met. His kind manner immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to fully explain things in terms that a non-medical person can understand and he always listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone who needs a good orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Salam treated me twice with hip injections to try to ease the inflation in my right hip. She is an amazing doctor, a good listener and shows real empathy. I would and will recommend her to my family and friends. You could not find a better pain management doctor anywhere and I have been to several. She also gives very honest advice.

Dr. Pollack doesn’t just treat the injury, he treats the person. Incredibly knowledgeable, technically skilled, Dr. Pollack gave me the information and guidance I needed to make my own informed decisions. I am back doing and enjoying the activities I love because of his expertise. Would recommend to anyone in need of comprehensive ortho consult / treatment.

the positive is that i was seen very quickly, got an appt right away but that maybe the problem, they were too fast! was in & out, dr. probably spent 5 min with me, barely explained anything & i left not feeling confident of my diagnosis because he did not do a physical examine on me, no exam or additional imaging. dr. was very cold, sterile. the woman at the check out desk was very unprofessional, was snacking & continued to snack on cheez doodles while assisting me!
